This program was designed to be inclusive, intuitive, and innovative in order to maximize direct and indirect benefits to AREA Members. The program not only includes an abundance of eligible discounts and coverages, it also includes features not typically available on other Group Insurance Programs. These features include:
Claim Forgiveness

Rental Property
Are you one of the many realtors who have chosen to invest in your industry with rental properties? The AREA Property and Auto Program includes great coverage and premiums for rental properties. Combine them with your Home and Auto to maximize the savings!
Affinity Fee
Over and above the great direct benefits for AREA Members on this program is the indirect benefit of the Affinity Fee. The Affinity Fee is payable to AREA based on volume of participation from AREA Members. There is even a bonus portion available when the volume is profitable! This Affinity Fee is paid at the end of each calendar year and contributes to the mandates set out by AREA for increasing value to its members. The larger the participation, the more value you will see coming from your annual AREA membership fees!
